Quality

We don't just claim quality.
We verify it.

For appearance, optical and functional parts, quality cannot rely on a final check alone. It has to be controlled through the manufacturing environment, process controls, inspection records, and the measurement and testing used to confirm each part meets its requirements.

ENVIRONMENT CONTROL

Quality starts before inspection.

For optical, appearance-critical and laminated parts, small particles, fibres, bubbles and handling marks can become visible defects. Cleanroom control is used to reduce these risks during manufacturing, before inspection confirms the result.

Class 1,000For the most sensitive optical and appearance-related steps
Class 10,000For controlled conversion, assembly and inspection work

GATED, NOT SPOT-CHECKED

Every batch passes inspection gates before it ships.

Quality is checked at defined points: first article, in-process, final and outgoing inspection. Each gate helps confirm that the approved requirement is still being followed before the part moves to the next stage.

Behind the gates: PPAP-style part approval · 4M change control · lot traceability — the routine, procedural discipline a first-tier supply chain runs on.

THE MEASUREMENT LAB

Measured against the drawing, sample and specification.

For custom components, quality inspection is not only about whether the part looks acceptable. The finished part has to be checked against the drawing, approved sample and specification confirmed with the customer. Colour, gloss, light transmission, dimensions, surface condition, adhesion and wear may be measured or tested depending on the part, so the judgement before shipment has evidence behind it.

EXTERNAL REVIEW

Quality should stand up to more than our own claim.

A quality system is more credible when it can be reviewed by external standards, customers, and project requirements. Fantomatic's quality discipline is supported by management-system certifications, customer audit records, approved-vendor references, and project-specific review where applicable.
