What we make

Custom components,
inside and out.

Fantomatic makes custom electronic components from your drawings, samples and requirements — across exterior surfaces, internal functional parts and control interfaces.

Three places on every device

Find your part by where it works.

01 · EXTERIOR SURFACES

What people see and touch

The surface a device is read and touched through — clear, printed, flawless in the light.

Optical cover lenses & films

02 · INTERNAL FUNCTIONAL PARTS

What keeps the product working

The parts nobody sees — sealing, shielding, insulating and cushioning, every batch.

Functional die-cut parts

03 · CONTROL INTERFACES

What people press and operate

The brand it carries and the panel a user operates — printed even, the same on every part.

Nameplates, overlays & switches

Whatever your part is, it lives in one of these three. If it does, we can probably make it.

FAMILY 01 · EXTERIOR SURFACES

The surface people see, touch and read through.

Cover lenses, windows and decorative films form the front surface of a product. They need clean forming, printing and lamination because dust, fibres, bubbles or uneven light can become visible defects.

Tinted decorative films, fanned
A protective film peeling from a printed panel

Cover lenses & windows

The window a display is read through — formed, printed and laminated so it looks right in the light.

Decorative films

Colour, texture, logo and finish printed into the surface — the part that gives a device its look.

Protective & AG films

Cut glare and fingerprints, or protect the surface through assembly. AG, AR and strengthening are finishing options we deliver on the lens.

Backlight & light-guide films

Patterned light-guide films that spread a backlight evenly behind the panel, built into a finished lit module.

Where it goes: industrial HMI touch panels · e-paper reader front panels · handheld-console cover lenses · appliance fascias — the lens goes on the device; we don't make the device.

Light, shaped

Even light doesn't happen by accident.

Behind a panel that lights up flawlessly is a light-guide film we pattern and assemble. The dots are placed deliberately unevenly — so the light that comes out is even. No bright spots, no dark corners, edge to edge.

FAMILY 02 · INTERNAL FUNCTIONAL PARTS

Sealing, cushioning, insulation and shielding inside the product.

Inside the housing, die-cut functional parts help the product seal, vent, cushion, insulate, shield and ground. We convert films, foams, adhesives, foils and membranes into parts that fit the assembly and perform consistently from batch to batch.

Gaskets, membrane vents and grommets exploded above their exact places in a device housing
Sealed by designGaskets, membranes, vents and grommets — each die-cut part drops into its exact place in the housing, so the device seals the first time.

Copper and aluminium EMI shield parts, die-cut
Insulation sheets and films
A sheet of waterproof breathable membrane vents

Sealing & venting

Gaskets and waterproof-breathable membranes that keep dust and water out — while letting pressure equalise and sound pass through.

EMI & electrical

Copper and aluminium foils that shield and ground; insulation sheets and films that isolate and protect the circuit.

Cushioning & shock

Foams and pads that protect delicate assemblies and damp vibration inside the enclosure.

Backlight & display assembly

Keyboard backlight modules — Mylar stack-up and assembly, delivered as one finished lit module, not loose parts.

Where it goes: inside consumer electronics · handhelds · home appliances · industrial devices — sealed, shielded and cushioned from within.

FAMILY 03 · CONTROL INTERFACES

Printed surfaces for branding, labels and user operation.

Control-interface parts combine print, layers and function: nameplates, graphic overlays, membrane switches and silver-printed flexible circuits. They need clear graphics, stable colour, reliable touch response and consistent construction from part to part.

Layer by layerA membrane switch is a printed stack — graphic overlay, window, dome layer, spacer, silver circuit — laminated into one sealed part that just works.

Metal nameplates

Your brand on the device — printed and formed to survive the field, legible for the life of the product.

Graphic & PCB overlays

The printed face of a control panel, and guards that protect the board — multi-layer, on PET or PC.

Membrane switches

The panel people press — printed circuit, tactile or flat, backlight-ready, built as one multi-layer part.

Silver-printed flexible circuits

Screen-printed conductive traces on a flexible film — the connection, printed rather than wired.

Where it goes: HMI control panels · appliance fascias · instrument overlays — wherever a device shows its brand and takes a touch.

If your part fits one of these groups, send us the requirement.

If your part fits one of these groups, send a drawing, sample, material stack, specification or question. We'll review the requirement and explain how the part could be made, measured and delivered.

Tell us what part you need

Exact materials, tolerances and finishes depend on your part. Send us the drawing or a sample and we'll tell you how we'd make it — clearly, and without pressure. No order is too small — really.
